Hi guys,
I'm going to support new data grid in Convergence version 0.2.0. This is solution Coherence (by Oracle Tangosol). I hope our captain will continue work to support computation grid (GridGain) and we will release both of these solutions in 0.2.0.
Looking at the current architecture of the project support of Coherence actually means introduction of new modules and implementations:
- convergence-datagrid-coherence
- data-aware-demo
Introducing support of new vendors leads to obvious development issue - while you want to work with 2 certain vendors: one for data grid and other for computational grid solutions you need to install not 2, but all supported solutions to make your build successful. I have time in sprint to 0.2.0 to take away this restriction.
We set up internal continious integration server to build Project and Data Aware Demo to control quality of source code. Hope we open this server to external project users soon.
